I'm listed on the North Carolina On-Site Wastewater Contractors and Inspectors Certification Board registry as Installer Level II, certificate #11636, held by Steven Todd Stirewalt. That status is on the current list, effective 7/15/26 and set to expire 12/31/2026. A Level II installer certification covers the installation work involved in putting in a septic system per the permit and site conditions.
